A thought about UD vs MLB Properties

I was just reading the new Beckett and it had a few pages with the rundown about the upcoming court session of Upper Deck vs MLB Properties and using pictures with logos on their cards. Doesn't UD realise that if they win this suit vs MLB that would mean ITG can use full photos in their Hockey products, and really take away UD's business?

A settlement was reached about a month ago - and likely after that issue was put to bed

I did notice in the preview photos of Superlative 2, that ITG appears to be getting a bit more bold with what appear to be partial team logos.
Obviously UD got their clock cleaned in the settlement, but I am pleased that ITG is testing their limitations as far as colour schemes, and photo use goes lately. I'll also be very interested to see just how closely UD sticks to the terms of the settlement with their baseball products.
