nah I didn't waste my time ordering it, to me the UFC Fight Nigh Live was better from just reading the Affliction results, I knew fedor was gonna f up Tim Silva, and UFC had a lot better card that night.....what is due for Affliction2? Just curious?
No way was the UFC show better than the Affliction show that night! I attended the Affliction show and it was awesome!!!! I came right home and watched the UFC Fight Night, and was not impressed that much. Everyone knew what the Spider was going to do to Irvin, just like everyone knew Fedor was going to demolish Big Tim.
Affliction 2 should be interesting with Barnett/Arlovski, but I'm wondering what they are going to do with all of the fighters that say no to the 50% pay cut they were asked to take for the second show. I'm waiting to see what happens to Tito Ortiz and the proposed bout with Sobral.
Tito seems to think he's worth more than Fedor and he's delusional. He was at the IMMAE (International Mixed Martial Arts Expo) show last weekend, and he left after all of the fans had. When he walked out the back to the limo, he still felt that he needed 7 armed police officers to escort him through the empty convention center and to the limo out back. Of all the fighters that were there, he is the only one that felt he needed security, while bigger and better fighters (Penn, Sylvia, Faber, Sherk, Stevenson, Lawler, and many more) walked around and mixed in with the fans.
Anyway, the next Affliction show has a few fights I'm interested in, but we'll have to see what happens with their money situation.

Yeah Afflictions' card dominated anything UFC has put out for a long time, based on talent alone.
I hope they make a solid go of it being that they seemed to have an awesome line up/talent pool.
