New Member, Must Send First
Hey everybody,
I am working on getting photos of most of my collection,
this is one of the coolest items I got.
Alexander is my age, born in 1984 and everytime his team Västra Frölunda
would come to play our team HV 71 I used to meet up with him.
Chat a little and he signed some cards for me, he is very kind.
I was at this game back in 2004, Steen takes the shot and when
he shoots the stick breaks in two.
First thing on my mind, I want that stick!
After the game I went down to the booth and asked
where the stick was, it was right there and it was given to me.
I met Alex at the hotel and he gladly signed the stick for me.
Unfortunatley there is no name on the stick, but check the pics for
proof.
One of my good friends comes up to me and tells me he met a pro
photographer at the game who took the most awesome photo!!
Its the exact second when Steen broke the stick,
I show him the stick and we´re both blown away!
I get in touch with the photographer and he sends me a pro print
of the photo.
When Alex signed the stick he wrote his name and then "VF".
VF means Västra Frölunda, the team he played for at the time.
He never signed stuff like that. Next time I met he I knew why, he was shortly after traded to swedish team MODO.
We talked about the trade,
the NHL and he signed the photo for me as well.
