Looks that way, as Scott Speed will be taking over the #84 Toyota in 2009. I'll try to find a link, but heard it today from a very reliable source.
In my opinion, I believe they aren't giving AJ enough time. 2 years in a new developmental team, which he has shown vast improvement, isn't enough. They'll look like fools down the road when Speed faulters and AJ shines.
