"Peter Forsberg missed Sunday night's game against the Dallas Stars with a groin injury. He was listed by the club as day-to-day. Forsberg sustained the injury in Saturday's 3-1 victory over Dallas. Defenceman Adam Foote was also scratched by the Avs due to a sore hip."

No, he wasn't. He had surgery and then "practiced" with MoDo the last couple months if that.

At least they didn't give anything up for him. Compared to the crap load the Pens gave away for an URFA. Hossa last 1 shift Bahhhhhh....wish he would have went to the Habs instead of the Pens then I would have really laughed.

At least Hossa's going to be back this week. I imagine he'll play no later than next Sunday against Philly.

I think he had practiced with MoDo, but I don't think he actually played.
