AMAZING Original ART by John Byrne!

So if you're a comic book fan you're probably pretty familiar with John Byrne... well I looked into getting a commission piece of his and the prices are pretty damn steep.

$8,000-$10,000 for a piece that's 30 x 40
$5,000 for a piece that's 24 x 30
$2,500 for a piece that's 18 x 24
$1,100 for a piece that's 11 x 17


I was considering an 11 x 17 when, as luck would have it, I found a big art guy wanting to trim down his collection, who had a Daredevil piece (EXACTLY the character I was going to choose!) and was willing to sell it to me for $750! So I ended up saving quite a bit of change.

He also has an INSANE Punisher piece I am likely going to cave on.

Probably does. If you're looking for a custom piece of that quality, I highly recommend Bob Layton.

Great picture, the signature alone is worth $200 lol. Byrne is tough to obtain, he don't like dealing with the public. Probably around 5-6 years ago he did a show where he was a signature guess he signed comics and CGC slabbed them as part of their CGC SS series. After the show Byrne told everyone to hold on to them as they were about to become RARE as he wouldn't be doing anymore shows. So far it holds true. I have seen some of the better books seeling fro decent bucks, the cheapest I have seen was around $200. I don't see them dropping anytime soon due to his popularity and the low supply available with such high demand.

Stan Saki is one of my favorites. He did this piece for me a few years ago, when I opened it I feel in love lol. The picture don't really do it justice. Its hard to see the pactills of the clouds background and the dragon flies. Usagi is one of my favorite characters and titles.
