Another Expo thread!

[Gretzkycards]

Hello all:
Got back from Toronto yesterday and finally was able to get around to the cards. Was only able to pick up seven Gretzky cards, but luckily collecting Sawchuk came in handy to keep the show interested. Met with several people, and had a great time hanging out with Eli. A few a didn't have a great chance to talk to as I was having an "educational experience" with a fellow Gretzky collector (those who were there know what I am talking about).

Now onto the cards. I was also able to pick up about 25 more Sawchuk cards that I had already paid for plus another 3 that will be coming shortly . First the Sawchuks acquire at the show:

i like the first sawchuk 1/1 (the non patch) but 3 1/1's at 1 show is just crazy

Guys I was talking to Jeff over the PM'S and asked him about the show and he said he got a few pickups for the collection, didn't seem to sound like anything good, but man Jeff ******THOSE ARE SWEET!!***** Love that dual 1/1 and the 1/1 Sawchuk.

You gotta get that Lemieux/Gretzky on ebay now!

All I can say is wow!!! That 1/1 Gretzky/Messier is so much nicer in person then in scan. I even got to hold it!!!!! Absolutly amazing!!!!!!!
