Another idiot whit envelope ebay seller

Was it damaged? If not what are you complaining about? It is the sellers responsibility to get you the advertised product, if that is successful than so be it.

Sorry to hear. But it does cost 3,33 USD (Today's rate) to ship overseas. I charge $3.50 when i have eBay auctions up. Not sure why the person didn't send in a bubbler envelope tho. Very strange. 
btw, i also received a card in a white envelope today. Good thing it was well packaged between two cardboard pieces. Can't complain since the card arrived in good condition. A bit annoying is that i paid $4 USD for the shipping when it cost the person $1.78 canadian to send it. Sometimes i don't honestly understand people.
Another card i received today i paid $7 USD for shipping (Canada again) when it cost around $3 canadian for the seller to ship the item.
Milking the cow are we?

I agree it does stink but overcharges are unforunatly the norm on ebay...I agree that white envelopes should not be the norm...the seller might have charged an extra buck or two to recoup the fees.
I just sent cards to Russia and it was 3.20 so mail between some countries is expensive
I have had a card sent from russia in a white envelope with out a toploader....That was pretty bad.
Anyway I hope the card still was the condition you expected...One thing we as collectors should be in the habit of doing is asking the seller how it will be sent..I myself need to be better about that...it saves a headache in the end and makes feedback easier if the person fails to send how they promised

I hate reading these but it is good that people post em to warn other buyers. I can only speak for myself here--the first thing I do now as a buyer is look at a person feedback if it does not say 100% then I open there feedback to see exactly how many neg and neutral they have--the second thing I do is check shipping cost if it is over 2.50 for a single card I won't buy it no matter how much I like the card, and finally third I look very closely to at the description of shipping if it does not say bubble mailer I won't bid. With all this said I don't collect certain players so is easy for me to make these rules. However it also saves me some trouble in the end. I feel the pain here and imo is wrong but the seller never stated bubble mailer from what I can see, again though I agree all items should be mailed with a bubble mailer. Shipping cost was high enough to be shipped with a mailer. At any rate just giving some of the H.I. members an idea of what I do now when I buy---maybe someone will use this information next time they shop ebay.

That's because he knows what he's doing is wrong but he thinks he's smart and can hold out on leaving feedback till getting it or leave a retaliatory negative if he gets one.
