Another UD replacement thread

Back in December I redeemed an 09-10 UD MVP One on One Auto Brassard/Versteeg that I pulled. After about 5 months of waiting I decided to just ask for a replacement. I asked for Russell, Dorsett, or other CBJ. I think I got a very fair replacement.

This would only be FT for other PC needs.

I also got in this neat odd ball piece for the Russell collection. I have at least 50 CBJ programs, but never been to a game where Russell was on the cover. I picked this up for a couple bucks on ebay.

Pretty fair replacement if you ask me. Especially since Versteeg isn't a Hawk anymore. UD seems to be getting better about fair replacements as long as you ask fairly.

BTW I have a 02/03 Columbus Media Guide I somehow got. I think I got it in taking someone's whole hockey collection. If you'd be interested, shoot me PM.

I think Customer Service at Upper Deck is on the upswing! It would appear that the new team is dedicated and willing to work with the customer.
