What a comedy of errors. Whatever UD tells you regarding quality control they are FOS, you mean to tell me more than one set of eyes looked at that card for proofing? Peter Griffin must have been on the production line.

It actually looks like it could work both ways. Upside down it looks like a fancy line, followed by a really crappy "99", and then a jumble of lines that begin with a letter that looks like a "W", so I'd cut them some slack
