any truth to this?

Hey guys.

Recently I pulled a 10/11 SPx Darryl Sittler Flashback Fabrics Auto. I scoured ebay, for listings and completed listings and hadn't found another one until this:

Anyone know if there is any truth to this? I'm negotiating a trade right now but I'd definitely have some traders remorse if I let this one go for a couple of common Datsuk jerseys only to find out it's a SSP. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

i can't say anything for sure at this point, but in doing my reseach on them there seems to be a number of very SP'ed auto'd flashbacks this year, that UD has'nt noted on thier website...

anyone on the boards doing the set? i have a howe that gets a pretty good dollar, and would like to hear how tough it was for them to find as well...

anyone?

thanks, Geoff

Hello,

Theres' currently one up for live auction. That might be a good indicator at what these will sell for. Id personally keep it for the time being and see what sorta $$ they command before letting it go for a bag of pucks. Just my 0.02 cents.

Cheers,

I'm pretty sure I've seen at least 4-6 of those pop up on ebay since release. I always notice HOFer autos when they're wearing jerseys that they're not normally depicted wearing. I've already got my hard signed Sittler auto in a Flyers uni so I did not pay attention to what the previous ones sold for.

I found one that sold on eBay auction style for $58. I'd say hang onto it till the end of the live auction as Eli suggests because this will be a better indication than the first one of possible market value.
