Anybody Good With Parallels, Need Help

Can anyone confirm that the Update cards have the 2 parallels. A quick search of the Bay does not show any update cards having either parallel.


03-04 SP Authenitc Limited /50

Can anyone confirm that any rookie from the set after card #158 has the limited version?

- Should, yes.

05-06 UD Trilogy Crystal /25
- Unless he had a Frozen In Time - which he didn't as I recall - then he won't have a Crystal. The Crystals paralleled only the FIT.

05-06 UD Trilogy Crystal Autos /10
- only selected players had autographs. Wellwood definitely wasn't one of them.

06-07 UD Victory Gold
- Yup, should.

06-07 UD Victory Black /5?
- Scarce like rocking horse poo, but yes.

07-08 OPC Silver
- ya gonna have to specify a little as to which one you think this is. The labelling of parallel sets varies between UD and The Fishwrap.

For the 07-08 OPC Silver, I am just going by what the Price Guide mentions. I have no idea if it parallels the main set or not, but Wellwood's number in the set is 452.

Also:
- 2005-06 Upper Deck Masterpiece Pressplates #MP427 Kyle Wellwood = I assume Cyan/Black/Yellow/Magenta?
- 2006-07 Upper Deck Masterpieces #429 Kyle Wellwood = I assume they are pressplates and same as above?

Whoop, my bad. The silver would be...probably the base micromotion. We need Art for that one.

You're correct on the press plates.

Cards 1-600 only had two parallels in 07-08 OPC - base micromotion with the gold/black border and the black micromotion/100 - which is self explanatory

The silvers were only found for the rookie cards 601-700 with their black counterparts/100

One last question, do the rookies have a Variation in 03-04 Beehive? If so, I would assume that they have the same parallels as the main set, no?

03-04 Beehive has both Silver (/67) and the incredibly painful golds (/15).

The variations from 03-04 Beehive included 50 players between 1-200, the rookies did not have a variation card.
