Anyone have a clue where this patch came from?

I think it probably came from this? The colors seem to match

wow yea u nailed it...right above the 00 in 2001....Think its legit?...I hate buying patches but unfortunately as a Richter collector I don't have many chances at grabbing cards as they rarely pop up.

Those cards have patches from the year the ASG was in new York. If they wore that patch that particular year I would say legit. Either that or someone seriously did their homework. : shrugs :

Well if it's from a patch that is signifying a 75th year Anniversary in 2001 and the set is from 2000-01 I would say it's fake, wouldn't it have to be????

hmm...it would be hard to get a gamer worn in the 00-01 season for a product being made for the 00-01 season....i hate buying patch cards!!

Rod,

Titanium Draft day was a very late season release. Ask the seller to send you a scan of the back of the card...most if not all of the Pacific cards told you what year and jersey it is from. (TAKE NOTE CARD COMPANINES!)

This set was released at the 2001 NHL Draft. I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that they could get a jersey from that season. Besides, those patches are affixed from behind, and are a lot more difficult to swap when compared to Upper Deck patches.

Ive seen a ton of those Richter patch cards and not a single one has had that type of swatch.

Pacific and there patches were so inconsistant that it wouldn't surprise me if some of these snuck on to the card...if the card says the Jersey is from 2000-01.
