If this was for myself I wouldn't bother, but my son is pretty bummed right now so I figured I would ask.
Many of you know he loves 05/06 Ultra, his favorite product by a long shot. He has ripped close to 3 cases of this stuff, and our LCS orders boxes just to keep on the shelf for him. He has never pulled anything huge from Ultra, and this certainly is not huge, but it's a pretty tough to find card I would imagine as they made so much of this tuff. It's a redemption card which has expired according to the UD website when we just punched in the code. The code is really the only thing you can read, the rest of the text is worn off and about the only thing you can make out is Fleer Ultra Hockey Auto Jersey #D to 20 Milan Hejduk. Everything else is worn off and non-legible.
So anyways, I showed him how to redeem the card on their websit and it comes up expired. He is crushed and asked if there was anything I can do. Has anyone ever experienced this before and had Upper Deck do anything for you? Like I said, if it was me I would toss it in the round file and move on, but the boy is pretty bummed. Thanks for any input or assistance.
