Anyone having trouble redeeming w/ Panini?

I'm trying to redeem a card right now and I keep getting a "Error Occurred While Processing Request" with a bunch of other gibberish following it. Anyone else having the same issue?

Ever got a redemption fullfilled from Panini ?

I filed redemption codes for Certified and Contenders, never got squat and yet the site is saying i have 0 request and 0 redemption fullfiled.

Do they serve Canadians or what ?

Did you by chance enter "0" rather then a "O" or vice versa? I kept on getting the same message yesterday but realized it was a letter and not a number.

There is no problems with the system. The "error" occurs as Panini has not uploaded the new redemption codes into their system. It has happened before with Crown.

Should be good in a few days.


And with that said, I presume you are referring to the Dominion product?

Nope it was Luxury Suite Subban. Anyways, about an hour after I posted this it worked... however I have a Subban Certified in queue from a little while ago and it has yet to shipped even though there are copies flooding eBay and everywhere else for months now

good luck getting your redemptions. been waiting for ten months for most of mine. but i figured out a way to fix the problem. i'm not buying any more panini products till all of my redemptions are filled. and to be honest i don't think thats going to happen.

I stopped buying panini after donruss came out this year. I too am going on 11 months. They just suck. I only liked certified.

Yep, I'll never buy another pack of that stuff. My redemption is a crappy Rene Bourgue auto from score. I mean if you can't even fill non star redemtion I don't want to chance putting money into a product like that.

I'm sure Panini will eventually let you enter your redemption codes. Whether you get your cards is still a coin toss. Most of us are still waiting from last Christmas... :-(

If you search on Panini, you'll find entire threads dedicated to our "Why I'm not buying Panini until they respond to my redemption". I use the word respond now as a year's wait likely means they'll likely offer some replacement (but I've not heard anyone's gotten more than static back from them on year old redemption queries).
