Have you used it quite a bit then? I like the idea but would want to do some more research on the company itself.

Is it only open to US Persons then? I expect non-US taxpayers are not going to want to get a K1 if there's any effectively connected or other income (and/or if you have to file anything other than a -0-/nul value US tax return in light of their participation in this app). Or is there a K1 for Canadian tax purposes? Have not seen a cross US (i.e., Delaware) and Canadian offered partnership before.

Only open to US Citizens.

I wish it was open to Canadians, I'd have invested in several of their IPO's already...
