Anyone in Manitoba? Ebayer: "--crash--"/post office problems...????

Hey guys...
I recently have had some difficulties with an ebayer with some of my purchases.
Bascially, I bought 3 different cards from one ebayer: --crash--
1. jarome iginla 05-06 the cup limited logos 16/50;
2. 05-06 billy smith the cup signature patch 47/75;
3.brent seabrook the cup rc 120/199

And this was back in late July/ early august, and havent received anything yet! This is my 1st time that i ever had anything not arrive in the mail!!! :|
So now i know what this feels like...makes ya go...:crazy:

Anyways, I believe this seller is in Manitoba and goes under a few names, with regards to email and paypal account:

maybe they have an actual office or store????


So basically, he said he will be giving me a refund...however, we're past the 45 days for me to file for a refund through paypal! So what happens if i dont get the refund for it? And soon enough i wont be able to leave any feedback for the transaction through ebay either??? I let it go this late, cause i was patient...and was thinking the cards were eventually going to arrive.
just a little worried...and not sure what to do?

Also wondering if anyone has had any issues with this ebayer? Their feedback looks quite strong, so i doubt they are trying to scam me or anything...but if anyone knows who they are...and have seen the above mentioned card...plmk.

any info and/or advise would be awesome!

Yeah I believe Galaxy Comics is a store located in Wiwnnipeg but not exactly sure where

if you used paypal funds on the payment, you're probably out of
luck if the seller does not want to refund.

but if you used a credit card thru paypal, dispute it with your
credit card, they will get the money back from paypal and paypal
will go after the seller.

credit card companies give 90 days to dispute I believe.

Yes this is a store in Winnipeg and I know the owner quite well. In fact the cards yopu bought are ones that I sold him a while back. I will get in touch with him and see what the deal is. Please send me a pm so I can keep track. Thanks Blair
