Anyone know anything about this?

I won this painting a few years ago now (like 96ish). I just recently got a digital camera so i figured I'd take some pics and find out more if I can. Its a painting of Pavel Bure and its signed by both Bure and the artist (D.R. Cooper), and is #'d 707/1010. When I first won it, the shop owner said it was worth $500. Has anyone else ever seen one or know an approxamate value nowadays? I've only ever seen one other, and its hanging on the wall in the card shop. Anyways, here the pics (sorry about the last 2, i couldn't get them any better with the light in here)

I remember seeing a ton of those around back in the day, I am not positive but I think Overwaitea save-on-foods sold those for about $700. I haven't seen many since but I remember drooling over those back when i was in high school about 10 yrs ago.
Is it for trade?

Thanx, i didn't know they originally were from Overwaitea. I remember seeing others, but not this one. Maybe it was a regional thing. As for now, I'm not sure if it'd for trade. Probably not, but the thought has crossed my mind before.
