You're wrong. The guy bid on the card 10 times, and I guess he only bid 30 times the past month, so 10/30 is 33% of the persons bid. He just probably wanted to win that card, and I guess he didn't

If he wanted to win the card why would he retract his bid seconds after bumping it up another $10 bucks?
EDIT: The bidder also has a history of bid retractions, that in my eyes is a red flag for a possible shiller.

Id find that bid activity suspect as well. Why retract the bid if you really want to win it? He has bid retracting past history as well. IMO.....you got shilled.
