Just wondering because the user name looks familiar.
Asking because the seller has a card I NEED listed on ebay with a BIN/BO. I submitted a very fair offer and he just let it expire.....why?
Even if he didn't want it it would have been nice to have it declined. It was one of the type of BO listing where you can only send one so now I am SOL.
Maybe someone here has the card I need.

I've sold to her a few times.

She's not too interested in selling stuff at blowout prices. She'll take an offer if it's close to what she wants, and otherwise finds it less aggravating to let other offers expire.

Well, I don't mind putting the details to see what you guys think.
It was the Bergeron Notable Numbers and she wants $60 for it....I put $40 as a BO and thought that was resonable.
If anyone here has one I will pay the same

Not unreasonable. Shannon's not the type to take a deal for the sake of getting the card sold - she'll hold out for her price, or keep the card.

Found out she wants $55....I can wait for auction style
