That's exactly what it looks like, however, the version I have has pink scroll around it, has a shiny silver background and the back in totally white! The picture of Sakic is pink as well.

It's probably a proof - they were inserted into the Black Friday packs as well - there should be four different coloured proofs - just like for printing plates

These are #/5 and are unique to all the Panini Promo cards. I have a few Messiers from the same set. They have all 4 colors like printing plates. Here's the details according to the OPG:
