About 6 months ago I called UD and asked for replacements for a couple cards. The website eventually said they were shipped but I never received anything so they went back onto my pending page. Earlier this month I again called to see what was happening with the cards and they said they were not going to replace them because the "new" replacement idea was going to go into effect this month (August). It's nearing the end of the month and my cards are still sitting in la-la land. Can anyone confirm this is going to happen or has anyone heard anything? One of the cards is an autoed 1/1 rookie plate from last years Cup and would really like to pick something soon. Thanks for any info and sorry if this was already posted.

I called an Upper Deck rep yesterday concerning a redemption, and apparently there's a new program coming out called Time 2 Swap. I don't have much more to go on than this, but at least you have a name

I had a discussion with Barry yesterday and he suggested that they had issues and were back to a "months" time frame.
