APB for Missing Shield

Good day all - I wanted to get the word out on a missing card and this seemed the ideal place. I've been doing the group breaks for a few months now, with varied success (i.e. occasionally hitting a card or cards that cut my losses only marginally) but having a lot of fun and still less expensive than buying solo. About a month ago however I hit a major one, a shield, and have yet to see it. The breaker/seller assures me it was posted (unfortunately no tracking insurance) and I don't have any obvious reasons to doubt him.

I have 600+ eBay transactions without a lost package so this kinda bites for a first one.

Anyway, in the event that it didn't make it to the post office or was dropped somewhere by the post man, I would greatly appreciate it if anybody here who might happen to run across it drops me a line:

Who was the breaker? Sounds fishy to me to send a sheild without any tracking.

Well I hold myself at least partially responsible as it was offered and I opted not to get it insured/tracked. But as I said above, I've never lost a package and had many transactions both ways. The breaker is from Florida and I'm in Eastern Canada.
