1) He intends to revise them later with cards he does want to sell.

2) He meant $2.00 and misplaced the decimal.

Basically he did that instead of starting a whole bunch of blank auctions. He intends to change all of those into different cards over the course of the week. I've seen him do it before.

you hit the nail right on the head with comment 1. I know 3-4 guys who do this on cheap listing day, they hit sell same item a pile of times to save time and get as many items up as posible. They then go back later and revise the item to what ever item they want it to be....ebay loop hole.
