So apparently I missed FedEx today from UD, and it requires a signature, and I can't leave the signed slip on the door for them apparently this shipment requires the package to be handed off to a physical human being (guess that's a good thing, but not for me when I work 8-5.

So my question is, at what point does UD require this?

Same situation here today but with a signature in the circled "Delivery Requirements" box and an indication in the "Package(s) delivered" area, I have options as to what Fedex should do.
Fedex has crossed off the Home Hardware store as a pick up option.
I have 25 redemptions coming from Upper Deck and stay home!

I'm only expecting 2 redemptions a Girgensons Draft Day Marks & Reinhart Artifacts Auto RC. Apparently those are signature worthy

Reinhart Artifacts Auto RC = That would be the one, haven't looked buy most likely ha a book value of $50-100 or so, more or less. They want to make sure you get it. I got a Fed-ex package today as well, my wife signed for it, should be a bunch of 14-15 SPA redemptions.

Have them redirected to a nearby FedEx shipping center (delivery exception) to hold. FedEx ground sucks...they always deliver at around noon on a weekday. How many people with a job are home at that time consistently during the work week? Whenever I have a choice, I always go with USPS or UPS. However, in the case of Beckett and Upper Deck, your only choice is FedEx :(
BTW- I just picked up one of my redemptions today that I had held at a store...it is probably worth between $100-$150.

Well that's what I did, told them I wanted to pick it up somewhere. They told us to call back to see if it was back and ready for pickup. At 4:30, I was told it was ready to be picked up and I could get it anytime between then and 8. So I show up at 5:45, and guess where my package is? MIA and won't be back for 45 mins. Got a call at 6:42 and that's when it finally came back for me to pick up.

Not that the above situation is Upper Deck's fault, but I really think their redemption system needs an overhaul. If Amazon can send emails when you order, when your order is ready to be shipped, when it is shipped, and when it gets delivered, I'm sure Upper Deck can find a way to send you a notification when stuff gets sent out via FedEx requiring a signature.
