Not sure if this warrants a thread, but I've been tracking this set for ten years, and have never seen a copy. Granted, I've been a bit lax at times, but this is RARE.

Good luck on the auction... Just a tip, you should wait for the auction to end before posting this type of stuff. There are a lot of piranha in this tank.

Ugh - I still am quite choked how I got shafted big time in a trade with some twerp on Beckett for this card. I traded a Vince Carter auto at the height of its popularity for this only to never see anything arrive on my end.

Except I sent my end of the deal Double Registered, and received confirmation of receipt. But the twit never sent his card or at least sent it tracked. Because of this, I busted up my set and got rid of everything, because after the Hasek, all I would've had left was the Gretzky to finish.

Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, I posted this out of amazement and not as a result of my intents to bid. I've unfortunately scrapped my set a year or so ago. If it stays reasonable, though....

I pulled two Gold versions of the Hasek in two boxes, but never saw a silver version until now. I heard back then there were more golds then silvers made, is that true?

Supposedly, yes. It's been speculated that there's about 10, though the auction states that there are under five.

There's at least 4 Silver of that I can confirm are in private collections.
