A friend of mine is an avid collector and I don't see him much and we met up the other day and he said he had something special for me. I am not a baseball collector anymore so I have no idea what these are worth.
He said they are from the 50's, he didn't say where he got them. He did say they are originals and I did get them verified that they are originals. He said they can fetch some $$. They are coupons that you had to collect so many coupons and then they send you a set of cards and once the coupons were received by the company, they were destroyed. SO he said they were rare. I did look on ebay and I saw 1 with a Bin of like 6 bucks but it didn't have the writing on it (maybe a repro??) like mine does. Then I saw a beat up one with a Bin of 40 bucks. Mine are in like Pristine condition and would like to get them graded if its worth it. He gave me 3 Ruths and 3 Gehrigs. But I would like some info on it.
