Hi folks,

This is totally out of my element but thought perhaps there might be someone on HI that knows/collects old toys/trains.

My father in law has a old(er) battery operated train set that no longer works. He's looking to try to get it repaired so his grandkids can play with it. Does anyone here know of where I could go to get it looked at? I'm in the Hamilton area.

Any information as to whom to contact would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'd hazard that there's a model train hobby group in your area. They'd be the best folks to contact first. They may have a facebook group or other web-based contact point.
