Just a question to try and help clear a few things up for me. How close are the BV's in the online version versus the printed one, particularly in regards to late 90's parallels? A certain eBay seller always accompanies his listings with a BV, which I found to be a bit off some of the time.

I was wondering what the rest of you thought about how to use the BV's in the guide, whether to use Beckett's actual listings, or go based off of the multipier.

And before you pile on, he's not asking you to tell him that Beckett is a joke.......

The online guide has prices for each individual card, so it is much more particular, but I have not seen significant discrepancies. There are the odd ones here and there.

If you have any specific cards you'd like to compare using the OPG, drop me a line.

You'll most likely find discrepancies in parallel pricing, since online lists each card, while the printed version uses multipliers.

And there's the discrepancy between Beckett and reality. ;)

There is a huge one between the 1994-95 Pinnacle Artist Proof Wayne Gretzky. In the book it books at $50.00, while online it is $250.00. I think it is listed in the annual at $250.00.

Annual does list @ $250, which likely means printing error in the mag.
