Been gone for awhile....question on shipping!!

Hey everyone,

I've been out of the hobby for what feels like a couple years and just have a couple questions. I would like to move the majority of my card but I remember hearing awhile ago that shipping to the US was being increased fairly significantly. So as of now I'm a little clueless on what gets charged nowadays. My question is, as a Canadian member what are the prices you guys charge now for shipping via regular mail and registered/tracked?! I would appreciate prices within Canada and to the US please. Thanks for any help guys!

ALSO....has eBay changed much lately? Eg. fees being raised, etc.

Not sure what they used to be as I am fairly ne to the hobby but here are my numbers:

Ebay fees: 10% of final sale price
Shipping Canada -> US: $2.95 regular mail (bubble mailer)
Not sure about Registered/tracked mail as I haven't done a large Sale/Trade to the states yet
