That's predominantly released in Canada, so it's hard for me to consider that mainstream, plus this gent is based in Pennsylvania. It is a fun set though.

I'd say UD 1 and 2, SPA, OPC Premier, and The Cup are the best of UD's annual stable. I personally wouldn't venture outside any of those too much if I was breaking/collecting UD cards.

That said, Engrained, Ice and the new Credentials are all other decent options. Good luck.

Just the scanner for me. It is more time consuming, but offers a much better image, especially when dealing with refractive foils and showing any chipping on edges and corners.

I have noticed that Eric Lindros has a TON of cards out there. Which ones are the most valuable?

I like recollection signed Score cards that Panini did in their NHL products.

Depends on why I'm taking the pic......

"Hi Friend! Look at the cool card I just got in the mail!" - Phone is fine.

"Do you have this card FT/ FS?" - Phone is fine.... but I'd expect to take a proper scan before actually dealing it.

"I want to sell or trade these cards" - Scan

"Look at this awesome collection I build" - Scan.

It totally depends on the context. If I'm talking trade with someone and they want to see a card real quick, I might just snap a photo of it. But, I generally scan every single card I receive anyway.

scan all the way, I figured out a way to scan just the card size which got the time I spent scanning down significantly which was nice. I use to scan and then have to crop everything.

I use my phone to scan my cards since I use the HP Smart app. Works great and I highly recommend it.

I think Ice is better. It's cheaper and has larger chase cards anyway. And give me an Ice rookie over a SPGU rainbow parallel any day.
