Best place to get something auth/graded

Well, Ive been sitting on this forever and I want to do something with it but even though I got this with reassurance it is 100% legit from the previous owner that lived in the Georgia area but with no paperwork except a store or personal COA, I want to look into getting this auth/graded:

Where would be the best place I could send this in regards of being all legit(correct) autographs. BTW, what do you think? Is it something with pursuing?

If it were me I would not get it authenticated. The autos have different thicknesses to them. The amount of thickness solely depends upon the amount of pressure applied to the pen while signing. If someone fakes a bunch of autos they usually have by default the same pressure applied as by our human nature. Secondly if I were to forge a bunch of autos (not that I would but for argument sake) I would not add in all of those low level autos. I would say that it is 100% real.

Thanks habscards. Now, Id like to find the best section to place this is to move but though, still open to any more opinions regarding this.
