I’m looking at where to sell my unopened S1 2015 and 2016 Series 1 boxes, I’m not keen on dealing with EBay. Any recommendations?

Always presumed you were a retail store front here in Winnipeg? Was that a thing at one time? Or am I confusing you with another HI member? If you are a hobbyists only, maybe see if Joe Daley's Sports and Framing would take them?
I am sure there is a lot of interest here. I've love to buy just one to put on my shelf as a memento

Why not just go to one of your local card shows and ask a few of the dealers that will be set up.
Yes they will offer less than eBay sales. But you loss about 15% when you sell there anyway.
And then you have to worry about shipping and those that try and scam the system,At least it
would be money in hand and you walk away and can forget about it. Good luck with what ever you decide.
