How does it work if i want to send cards to grade ?
Do you still do group grading ?

Check your local hobby shop. They are usually able to send it through Grosnor's (can't remember if Universal or anyone else does it) for $25, 30 day turnaround and includes shipping there and back as well as customs clearance.
