BGS Grading Form ?

I have 2 cards to send in, Both autos, do I fill out the yellow or the white? Ive never filled out the form so if someone could help me out step by step that would be great!

I jusy go on beckett in the grading section and use the `electronic submission form`, after you entered the card, check the `certificate autograph` beside the player name.

You have to enter the turnaround time, your credit card if you intend to buy whit a credit card, you print it out and youre ready to ship.

No, you can still use the `electronic submission form`, the cost will be fixed by beckett since you have a grading coupon, you still have to pay for shipping and the auto grade i believe, so you will be charge 20-24$ less then the total it says on the submission form.
