I gotta ask you guys who are more experienced with this. Why has it taken until the year 2023 to have full on site grading at the Expo? And why has PSA still refused to do on-site grading themselves?
Does it have to do with legal paperwork or something?

I've been told "materials" (I have been on their asses for the better part of 20 years with this question). Those sonic welding machines (for starters), can't be cheap to buy or ship. Lugging thousands of 2-piece slabs can't be easy, either. I'm assuming some permanent-ish thing is in place with Grosnor.
BGS has always had a good setup with Grosnor, so it's a mystery why they wouldn't have done this sooner. It's easy money, especially in a hockey-dominated market. I'm hoping PSA Canada does something similar in the future.

Triple B I am sure is correct. Cost of moving equipment, and having Graders in place would be expensive.
Note:
1. I talked with Grosnor a few months ago. They promote and deal with CSG. They no
longer work with Beckett. Things could have changed since though.
2. KSA & MNT have been Grading & Slabbing in Toronto Expo if i am not mistake last
couple Shows. Again double check i could be wrong about how long but they do
Slab. If i am not mistaken KSA charges $50.00 per card.
3. The Mint Collective Show in Las Vegas April1st. weekend will feature PSA Grading
and Slabbing Cards.
PSA Canada has a weekly Youtube discussion every Thursday evening. They said if
I am not mistaken the price to Grade/Slab in Vegas is $75.00 per card. I am not
sure what the limit or if a limit of the value of the cards have to be.

It’s not easy to bring all that equipment across the border and get permission to have people work in a foreign country. I’d imagine this isn’t going to be cheap.
