Big Redemption Problem

Hello!

I have a 04-05 UD All-World Regular Auto Parallel Redemption of Ilya Kovalchuk.

I tried to redeem it and there was always the note: I entered the wrong code. Now my account is blocked.

But I´ve entered the right one! The big problem in my eyes is, that there is a small vertical line between 2 Letter!

I tried to call UD, but i´m out of there time. Now I wrote them.

Has had anyone such a problem too in the past?

I once had a problem like that and it was because the I's l's and 1's all looked the same so I couldn't tell what it was, are there any of these letters or numbers in the Code? My account was frozen because they though I was putting in fake numbers, I just e-mailed them and they fixed it.

Thanks for ya replies! I will wait till I get answer of my mail. Perhaps I send them a scan, cause on it are many writing mistakes ( lines, dots etc. ) . I hope they fix it fast!

Yeah! All problems are fixed! They activated my account. And there was a printing-mistake! There was a F on the card and a lil´ vertical line! Right letter is a P!!! Now I redeemed it!

And now the best: The card is a Super-duper-Shortprint!!!!!

The card is out of 10 and I was the 4th who redeemed it!

Hell yeah......
