Biron has been traded... where????

Was just announced that Biron is on the move but they haven't said to which team. My guess is St Louis for Guerin.

That wouldn't really make sense as they just re-signed Legace to a 2 year deal.

If it's simply for a draft pick, I don't see why Buffalo would do that. They need help now with all their injuries. Unless they will flip that draft pick in some kind of package for Guerin or something...

Philly is dumb as bricks... Biron is a solid goalie thats not the problem.

The PROBLEM is that Biron is unrestricted at the end of the season.... Philly could have just signed him in the offseason and KEEP their 1st rounder. Why would Philly give up a 1st for basically a longer negotiation period?

I agree on both accounts. Philly has to re-sign him or else its a wasted 1st rounder. And I agree that Buffalo will be trading that pick.

He's an alright 3rd liner. He's super fast and a pest. Just a depth player. As long as they don't over pay. He's actually the type of depth player the Sens could use

There may be more going on in the philly/ Biron trade... I don't think the draft pick is confirmed yet, and it is possible a player has been included, but they are keeping it quiet for now. Maybe Hatcher is going to Buffalo... Talk about a misfit...

According to TSN, the Sabres got a 2nd round pick in exchange for Biron, not a 1st round pick.
