Upstanding Member,
Hey all. I was planning on ripping some Prime on Friday, but for some reason, I cannot understand, the product ONLY released in Canada this week. Oh well.... I guess us casebreakers in the USA get sloppy seconds next week. Anyway, to scratch the itch to rip some Hockey I picked up three loose boxes of Best of Hockey. Everything except the Messier below if available f/tr or f/s:
First the "Buybacks":
Carey Price YG BGS 9.5 (The weakest "hit" of the break. That's why I like this stuff. Even when you don't get a huge $$$ card, you still feel ok)
Malkin YG BGS 9.5 Not too shabby
The Cup Auto RNH #/50... I might tuck this one away in hopes this kid comes out of the blocks lighting up the scoreboard.
Usually, I list the sketch cards first, but in this case I was sooooo pleased with them I am reversing the order. All three were color and one cooler than the next imho.
First, a very nice Abel (by Dan Gorman)
Next, a unique Sawchuk (by Lee Kohse)
and, the best Messier (by Chris Henderson) that I have seen. This one will be tucked away in the PC. It's funny.... after all these years, I still get such a bang out of pulling a PC card.
Thanks for the look. Mike
