BTP - Another below average box

I love ITG and only buy their product. Perhaps that is why I am underwhelmed with my three boxes of BTP thus far. My 3rd box arrived today and the results were:

Four hits are less than most and only one auto (As an autograph collector) is less than other reported breaks. All the cards I received were beautiful and I appreciate the craftsmanship. Unlucky x 3 I guess.

Not too bad Ewen. That number is /3...and Potvin's always a popular enough hit that he should get you something you really want for your PC

...and I'll take a Vokoun auto over Chad Johnson and Alexander Salak combined any day!

very rare to get 1 auto if you didn't get a gold mask you should have 2 autos
as you know they stick, maybe its stuck

leather ,and a low number card are never bad things

I do not blame you for being disappointed. However, when the last time you pulled a game used glove, a decent auto ( at least a player most people have heard of), a 2 color jersey, and a patch card /3 from an upper deck box. It is a sign of how strong this ITG btp release is that we call this a weak break!

Well, in terms of quantity maybe below par. But really, consider the excellence of the product when one can look seriously at this break and say that it is even mildly disappointing.

If we hadn't seen so many amazing breaks, we'd be calling this an awesome one. A /3 patch, a nice pad (of Potvin who is insanely popular in the hobby) and a pretty damn good auto. I'd be happy with that box

I know what you're saying. My first box of BTP I got a Salak auto, white colour pickard jersey and a boucher pad /60.

Maybe my title was misleading.


As an autograph collector, I was underwhelmed with only one auto. I did not say I was disappointed with the cards or the player selection!!
