thank god no memorabilia to further my Jets search, but getting those WHA autos for the Jets collection is going to be tough!
 
I gotta admit that I'm not a big fan of ITG cards, but those Net Browler cards are COOL!

BUT...if you read the further on, "Each card is a 1 of 1 and some of the game’s best show they could handle themselves outside the net as well."

I think the Net Browler set would have had it's fair share of collectors, but I guess ITG tried to create a little bit of buzz with the 1/1 insert set.
 
Depending on how bad the parallels will be to the memorabilia sets... this may actually be a little easier than last year for me. I had 20 Thomas cards and 3 Weekes cards to chase -- with over half of them being #/10 or 1/1s.

This year I've just got:

Thomas Base
Thomas Auto (SP)
Thomas Jersey
Thomas Number
Thomas Emblem
Thomas Dual with Gerry Cheevers
Thomas Mask Game-Used
Thomas Mask Regular
Thomas Mask Gold /10
Thomas Mask Black 1/1


even assuming a gold parallel for the 5 memorabilia cards, that's only 15 cards this time. "Only". It's still going to kick my behind.

ive been waiting for the complete jersey for years and i NEVER thought i would ever see a cloutier/salo fight jersey card


EDIT: Damn just read the net brauls cards are 1/1's im going to sell a bunch of stuff im winning this card if its the last thing i do. :D (if i ever see it for sale :( )

There have been some questions regarding this years release, so I ran a few by Brian Price...

1) Are there any parallels to this years insert sets (i.e. Silver and Gold versions)-no parallels, collectors said they didn’t want parallels

2) Are the Net Brawlers inserts really only a 1/1-this is correct

3) Why are some Goalies not available in the Mask V checklist (i.e. Labarbara, Lindbergh, Dion, etc)-didn’t have rights for those goalies’ mask designs

thanks for the post and all the info looks like a good product execpt for the 1/1 brawlers :| IMO should have been out of 10. unless you pull one of course $$ :rolleyes:

Jeff, the Luongo autos from these sets are usually more affordable here...at least they were last season -- You can pick them up for about 75% of what you pick up UD autos for if you let the market cool for a little while.
 
Not too many Huet which is great
No base, no base auto is strange but oh well still a couple cards to add to the PC !
And I still need a lot from last year so ....
