Friday of the day for the show to begin, BUMP ;)

We're coming down for the Star Trek ExPosed on Saturday night and then Sunday for the Battlestar Galactica forum.

If anyone is going, I would love a stan lee, michael dorn and Levar Burton auto.
Can these be pre ordered?

Saturday night was such a blast at Star Trek TNG ExPosed which was well worth the price of attendance.

Attempting to gain access on Sunday was yet another matter. We had purchased passes on Thursday via EventBrite for the Sunday (Apr 29th) event.

Arrived at around 9:30am for 10:00am opening. We were hoping to see the Battlestar Galactica forum (Aaron Douglas, Katee Sackoff & Richard Hatch) at 11:00am. After being shuffled around through three differnent entrances and not being able to have our barcode scanned. For some reason there was a shortage of them... :| Anyways, after about 90 minutes of the run around to gain access we cut our losses without gaining access to the event.

I gotta say, the Promoter way over sold this event. Good for the Promoter, very bad for the attendee's, IMO. We heard on the tv news that the Calgary Fire Dept closed the doors on Saturday at 1200 as they were way over their allowable attendee's limit for occupation...

The Stampede Grounds were kind enough to refund our parking, ($13.00). Now I'm attempting to get a refund from the Calgary Comic Con ($44.38). The money isn't really this issue, the real issue is that the wait to get in was unacceptable. Plus they were still selling day passes on Sunday morning even though the Pre-Paid line to get in was even longer....

Alright, there's my vent.

Yikes.....what a frigging nightmare. You should all get refunds plus some free stuff. I am sure they have promotional auto's from the stars.
