Calling all collectors - image help for book

Hi everyone,

As many of you know I've been spending the last few months working on my next book, which is focusing on hockey memorabilia.

I'm coming up to the end of the writing and it's time now to focus on imagery.

And I need some help from y'all.

Basically, the book is a hybrid of hockey's history along with a look at memorabilia. Each team is going to have a particular piece highlighted, along with three players (six for the original six teams) who rank among their elite.

I'm looking to primarily get images of player-specific memorabilia now. I'm trying to avoid having too many cards. Looking to get some auto'd items, game-used, figures and especially anything team-issued or oddball (e.g. the Sid Crosby Timmy's card or the Mario Bun).

Hey Jon I can hook you up with some hi-res scans of some of the Habs players you have listed, do you have any real preferences?
Rocket: 97-98 Pinnacle Beehive Golden Originals Auto, mint-in-package McFarlane figure
Beliveau: 4 vintage cards, 2 autos (one is a Centennial set TTM), 2 GU's (one from The Cup - a nice vintage Habs red, the other is the dingy off white), couple of signed photos
Roy: OPC RC, some dual jersey cards with Price
Lafleur: McFarlane Centennial 2-pack (Shutt)

I can probably supply autograph scans of any of the old guys (Vezina, Barilko, Shore, etc.) and signed rookie cards for a large amount of the HOFers.

I have a Game Used Hejduk jersey from the 09-10 playoffs, as well as the stick Joe Sakic used in the 96 Stanley Cup Final when they won the Cup. Let me know if you're interested.

Jon, if you can use any of these LMK, and I'll try to take a digital picture as they don't scan worth a crap on my equipment. Also, LMK if you just want a Crosby Tim card, or if you can use these others I just picked up. I will rescan if you need them. I also have this Stamkos rookie card matting I made. Not sure if it fits the bill, but I thought I would show it as well. Crappy picture though.

And I have an Auto'd Ladd Winnipeg Jets white hat, you may not need it since you have the bobblehead. Very nice auto though. I can shoot you a pic if you need it. LMK

With Linden, I can provide scans/photos of pretty much any card issued. Also, I have McFarlanes, bobbleheads, game used jerseys (Canada or Canucks) or a game used stick that you want to use - just let me know.

With Snepsts - it's pretty much card based. Only oddballs that I have a 7-11(?) Cup or a Canada Dry can that I can take photos of.

I also have Canucks programs (and other magazines) with them on the cover.

This is exactly what I wanted this book to be when I signed on to it - a true For Us By Us project.

I'm not going to share too much of the book's content yet, but I think you guys will be pleased by some of the guys I have quoted in the book, including Marty St. Louis, Steve Yzerman, Frank Mahovlich and Brian Propp.
