It's some kind of Kris Draper card. On the back it simply says "The snow flies as this Kris Draper of the Detroit Red Wings slides along the ice. Watch out!

Good call, did some digging into 3d and stereoscope viewers and came up with this.

"SAVES" a 3d book that included a viewer and cards from the mid 90's.

Dang.... I finally might have been able to use my grade 12 geography stereoscope viewing to some sort of use to at least come up with a guess, but I was beat to the punch...
