Can Canadians still sell on Ebay.com?

I checked it out. I'm not sure exactly when when listing an item, I could not get past the "sales tax" part, it defaulted me to Montana while I am in Canada.

Then there is something about verifying micro deposits too? What have they done to this site? It use to be so much easier.

Why not just list on .ca, then setup the shipping section for UNITED STATES on your item. Then it will show to buyers on .com.

ive been selling on .com since 2002 or so and am still selling there. I prefer to sell in USD thats why i use it

Me too! but since 2001.

The micro deposits the OP mentioned are for ebay to verify your bank account so you can receive your payouts.
I am not sure about the tax thing you asked about.

i also set up a US$ bank account and ebay deposits directly to my account with no exchange
