Not sure who is still awake, but I am trying to do a deal with a fellow HI member. He has a 2015 OPC Black Glossy Panarin, my guy has a 1998 Donruss Preferred Platinum Patrick Roy Cut to the Chase. But it is very Shiny. Saw a similiar card on Ebay, although it looked the same, it did not say Cut to the chase, and was not shiny. There is a number on the back Card # 86

ANY Help is appreciated

I don't think they actually said "Cut to the Chase" on the card but just had the die cut edges?

*edit* they did say cut to the chase along the bottom, my bad
