It's tough to give that sort of reign over to somebody, especially if you've spent years building it the way you did. I'm assuming that's why. If you're a bit of a perfectionist around what you do, it's hard to see somebody else take it over.

I was thinking that when I read the news. sad as his site was just amazing in my mind
