There's Taylor's Baseball Card Store 8682 Beach Blvd. in Buena Park, CA (just down the street from Knott's Berry Farm)
Also OC Dugout. 1238 S Beach Blvd Ste C, Anaheim, CA
Both have some singles, but not much. Boxes and packs are available too.
