Cards missing from COMC order

I ordered about 100 singles from COMC recently, and I seem to be missing several of them. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, and if you were able to resolve the problem.

I've always had good experiences through the site, so I was a little surprised.

That is odd. Only thing I can think of is that maybe the missing angles were at another warehouse. Give them a holler at the 1-800. They’LLP likely sort it there.

I’ve probably had 25 shipments from COMC and only experienced this once and there were two cards missing. I called them up and one card was offered by another seller so they replaced it with that one. The other card wasn’t offered by anyone else on the site and they credited my account within minutes. I felt that they met my expectations.

Maybe doublecheck on the site and make sure they're not still in your account - I've sometimes had items not get flipped automatically to be marked "Ready for Shipment".

Do the cards show up on the order form shipped with the package? I would call them as soon as possible and see what they can do.

Has happened to me also. They refunded the money.

Their support is great and I genuinely expect they'll find a way to do right by you.

Jeremy's right. COMC will make this right. I've probably had as many orders shipped to me from them. Never had any issues. They are the best communicators in the business and have an excellent return policy. I love COMC!

ive had 2 seperate shipments - especially for "items stored remotely"

so maybe 1 batch from US office and second from Canadian office
