Caution with this Auction

I bought this Cup Jersey card from this seller and it was damaged. I filed a paypal chargeback and got my money returned. This seller is now selling the same card saying it was replaced by UD, but it is the same exact card I returned.

Although worded very poorly, I think the seller means they sent it back to UD for replacement, but was sent back the damaged card along with the UD Black card for their "troubles".

Either way, there could definitely be issues with that one.

If I am reading it right, he says the Cup is damaged, but that the Ice card was the replacement? Just both cards are in the auction?

No, he's saying it is damaged....that it got sent back to UD, and that they sent it back to him along with the Black Quad jersey as a "replacement"....
